WHITE LINE ENTERTAINMENT
Talent Terms
Effective July 19, 2026 · Version 2026-07-19-v1
These terms apply when a talent submits an application, accepts representation, responds to a White Line opportunity, or accepts a booking secured or negotiated through White Line Entertainment.
Standard agency commission: 15%
White Line earns a 15% commission from the talent’s agreed gross performance or service fee on bookings secured, introduced, arranged, or negotiated through White Line. There is no separate 10% commission category.
1. Non-exclusive relationship
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, representation is non-exclusive. Talent may obtain independent work or work with other representatives. White Line is not entitled to commission on work it did not secure, introduce, arrange, or negotiate.
2. Booking approval
No booking is final until the client, talent, and White Line confirm the essential terms in writing, including date, location, fee, usage, deliverables, travel, cancellation terms, and payment schedule.
3. Commission and payment
White Line may collect the client payment, deduct the 15% agency commission and authorized expenses, and remit the balance to talent. Where the client pays talent directly, talent must remit the 15% commission to White Line within three business days after cleared payment.
4. Accuracy and professionalism
Talent must provide accurate identity, contact, availability, experience, travel, and portfolio information; arrive prepared and on time; follow agreed production requirements; and promptly report conflicts or changes.
5. Media and public profile
Talent grants White Line permission to review submitted media and to display approved profile information, photographs, reels, credits, and professional links for agency promotion and booking. Private contact details, identification documents, rates, and home addresses are not published.
6. Rights confirmation
Talent confirms that submitted material is owned by them or supplied with permission. Talent must not submit copyrighted, private, misleading, or unlawful material without authorization.
7. Applications and removal
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, representation, auditions, castings, or paid work. White Line may request changes, decline an application, unpublish a profile, or suspend portal access for safety, quality, inactivity, misconduct, inaccurate information, or breach of agreed terms.
8. Minors
Applicants under 18 require approval and participation from a parent or legal guardian before representation, public listing, casting participation, contracting, travel, or payment.
9. Privacy and communication
Application information is stored for review, agency administration, booking, safety, and communication. Talent may request correction or removal of their profile, subject to records White Line must retain for completed transactions or legal obligations.
10. Changes and specific contracts
Specific booking agreements may add or replace terms for that booking. Material changes to these general terms will use a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
