Terms of Service & Refunds

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of thegreishow.com, The Grei Show creative services, White Line Entertainment talent bookings, digital products (ebook, music, arcade experiences), and related offerings. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & Bookings

The Grei Show and White Line Entertainment provide music production, creative direction, performances, talent booking, photography/video, and related creative services. All bookings are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and fees.

A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is usually required to secure a booking date. The remaining balance is due as agreed in the project contract or invoice.

3. Digital Products

Digital products such as The Astral Thread ebook and any future releases are sold as-is. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

4. Refund Policy

Services & Bookings: Deposits are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund of any payments received will be issued. If you need to cancel, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or partial credit where possible.

Digital Products: No refunds on digital downloads after delivery.

Exceptions: We may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues on our end or significant service failures.

5. Intellectual Property

All original music, stories, visuals, code for the arcade, and creative work remain the property of The Grei Show / Gamel Reid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client work is licensed for the agreed usage only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grei Show and White Line Entertainment are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in Jamaican courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
